Send Gifts to others 

Apart from that Diwali also compels you to send gifts to others. In todays day and age a lot of people are sending Happy Diwali cards. A good gift is dry fruits as they dont go bad. 

Work at home 

• Buy Rangoli and Diyas

• Think if you will make sweets or buy them 

• Make the house look festive

• Assign a time for  puja 

• Buy a statue for Laxmi Ganesh
