CSR funding of corporates

Government mandating that 2% of profits to be spent in CSR this can have both positive and negative effects

Negative the enviornment disaster it can cause as the money would be in the hands of people who are not enviornmentally educated and ofcourse where garbage management is null . 

CSR needs to look at the lifecycle of money and not just the immediate benefit.
